2 Quick Start Clinics will be offered in April as well as a 4 week Introduction to Nordic walking:

4 Week Intro:  Wednesday April 12th – Wednesday May 3rd, 10 – 11am, $60 with all proceeds to the Loving Spoonful

Quick Start Clinic Memorial Centre:  Thursday April 27th, 5 – 6:30pm;  $25 with all proceeds to the Loving Spoonful

Quick Start Clinic Harrowsmith:  Wednesday April 12th, 5 – 6:30pm; $25 with all proceeds to South Frontenac Community Services
