Classes are Coming Back!!!

Stride and Strong: Enjoy the beauty of Lemoine Pt. each week while taking a brisk Nordic Walk that will incorporate some intervals and strength exercises.  We’ll aim to cover 4km in the hour with 3 stops for resistance exercises.  A great overall workout!

Winter Nordic Walking: This class is for the hearty winter walker.  We’ll aim to cover 5km each week and this might require 60 – 70minutes depending on footing and weather.  We’ll walk at a variety of locations around Kingston with a confirmation email each Wednesday evening before the class the following morning.   It is important that you are comfortable completing the distance in the allotted time.  If you haven’t walked with Urban Poles before, contact Kari to arrange a brief lesson before your first class.

How to Register and Pay:    Give me a call at 613-328-9079 or send me an email at if you have any questions or would like to register.  Or you can contact me through the Contact Page. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or etransfer.  If you would prefer to come on a drop-in basis, that is just fine!!  The cost is $15/class.
