WE CELEBRATED CANADA 150
BY WALKING ACROSS OUR GREAT COUNTRY!

From April 17th to Dec. 21st 2017, a group of hearty and dedicated Urban Polers met regularly to walk at a wide variety of locations and trails around Kingston.  Every week I tallied up the total distance we had walked and tracked our progress across Canada; from Vancouver, B.C. to Signal Hill in St. John’s, Newfoundland.  Not only did we make it all the way – over 7400 kilometres – we had some extra distance to take an excursion to see breathtaking Fogo Island.  Check out the map below!
