Winter has arrived and a hearty group of Urban Polars (spelling intended) is on the move on Thursday mornings from 10 – 11am.   The Cataraqui Cemetery and the K & P trail are our favourite spots to walk  5km.  Feel free to join on a drop in basis.  The more the merrier!
