There are a number of opportunities for you to walk safely (and warmly), with your Urban Poles, throughout the winter.  The malls are open early for walking before stores open.  The Memorial Centre is a great place to walk during the day.  The best indoor surface for your Urban Poles is the indoor 200m track at the Kingston Military Community Sports Centre (on the RMC base).  For the very reasonable fee of $10, you can walk between now and April 26th on Mondays from 9am – 10am, Tuesdays from 1 – 2pm and on Wednesdays from 11am – 12noon.  I’ll be there on Tuesdays and will look forward to seeing lots of Urban Polers 🙂
