Winter has arrived and a hearty group of Urban Polars (spelling intended) is on the move on Thursday mornings from 10 - 11am. The Cataraqui Cemetery and the K & P trail are our favourite spots to walk 5km. Feel free to join on a drop in basis. The more the merrier!

Kingston is leading the way - Stana Luxford Oddie, a certified Forest Therapy Guide, is introducing this wonderful, beneficial practice at the Little Cat Conservation Area. Cost is $20. It's well worth the investment of your time and money! Contact me for more information.
New Tuesday Evening Class; Urban Poling Plus
This vigorous class is a great way to end your work day while you get a great outdoor workout! We'll walk vigorously for between 5 and 6km and will do some resistance exercises too. You'll be moving for the whole hour along Kingston's lovely waterfront! Tuesdays 5 - 6pm; Lake Ontario Park!

Making our way through Ontario!
