Personal Training can be a great solution for people who would like to exercise regularly but may have one or more of the following obstacles in their path:
- not sure where to start
- used to be active but ‘fell off the wagon’
- have a limited amount of time
- are uncomfortable in a gym setting
- like the convenience of exercising at home
- know they need some external motivation
If any of these obstacles are keeping you from starting or enhancing your exercise program, then I would be very happy to help you get on track.
After some initial fact finding and health screening, a customized program will be developed for you.
I will ensure that your goals are being met through challenging and enjoyable training sessions. I do recommend that in order to achieve the results you are looking for, that we meet at least monthly.
Here’s how to get started:
Please complete the ‘Before We Start’ as well as the PAR-Q forms that will tell me about your health and exercise habits as well as your goals. From there, I will create a program that you can follow in your home or wherever you choose.
Priorities can include such things as:
- Muscle Strengthening
- Cardiovascular Conditioning
- Core Strengthening
- Flexibility
- Weight Management
- Balance Improvement
- Back Pain Management
