Personal Training Investment
It is highly recommended that each new client schedules a minimum of 3 appointments:
Appointment #1: Fact Finding – together, we will review your Before We Start form to identify your fitness needs, priorities and interests. This will also be the time when we complete a fitness assessment; the results upon which your program will be based.
Appointment #2: Customized Program – based on your assessment results and all the other information, a program will be designed for you. We will go through the program together and make any necessary alterations.
Appointment #3: Program Review – to help you have a high comfort level with your program, we will go through it a second time ensuring that exercises are done safely and effectively.
Fee for the 3 appointments: $150.00
